Process: Elsa and Dutch have been bred. We are expecting puppies around Aug.16-18. Puppies usually go to their new homes at 8-10 weeks of age which will make their take-home date around the 3rd week of October.

If you might be interested in a puppy, please fill out our intake sheet at the right and return it to the enclosed e-mail address.

For those interested in competing, this litter will be Futurity/Maturity nominated with the Weimaraner Club of America.

Basic Requirments

In the event that the owner of a Foxfire Weimaraner finds it necessary to place his/her dog in another home, Foxfire will be contacted immediately and will be given first option to reclaim the dog or to assist in locating another suitable home for the animal. We not sell puppies as breeding stock. Pet-puppies are sold with a signed agreement by both parties stating the dog will be spayed or neutered at the appropriate time. These puppies also come with an AKC limited registration.

Puppies available as show, breeding or competition prospects come with negotiated agreements that in many instances require co-ownership. Please write us if this is your interest.

WE DO NOT SHIP.

You must be available to pick up your puppy in person at our place of residence. We want to meet you and you should want to meet us and see how and where your puppy was raised. If you are flying from another part of the country to meet your new friend, we can help you make airline arrangements to take your pup back in-cabin. Puppies flying in-cabin must be picked up by 10 weeks of age, after that they grow too heavy!!!

Our Contract

Our contract includes a health-guarantee against specific genetic defects for the first two years of your puppies' life. There are other additional guarantees. We can provide you with a copy of the contract at the time of your application.

You will also be provided with a vaccination schedule, information packet, health record and a lot of information from two chatty Weimaraner breeders.

Deposit Agreement

We do require a non-refundable deposit to secure a puppy. If there are not enough puppies in the litter, no puppies of the chosen gender, or we no longer have a puppy available for you, your money will be refunded or we can hold your deposit or refer you to someone else who will have puppies available in the immediate future.

We do not accept PayPal, credit cards, chickens, goats, car repairs, plumbing trades, dirt work or manual labor as forms of compensation. We do not sell to brokers, pet stores or co-ops.
